Recycling in Yerevan

For your convenience, we have compiled a list of verified locations and organizations that recycle or reuse waste in Yerevan. We are not affiliated with these organizations (except for the Eco Center Green Green).

Unfortunately, some types of waste are not recycled in Armenia, and we have also included information about this in this section.

Popular types of recyclables (plastic, paper, glass, aluminium and tin cans) can be deposited in multicolored containers serviced by the Waste Sorting Department.

Recycling containers are grouped, usually in sets of three or four. Blue is for plastic, yellow for paper, gray or green for glass and red for metal.

You can find the nearest containers on Separate waste collection points map.
